Refund Policy

At The Reading Rabbit Tutoring Co, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair and flexible while respecting the time and preparation that goes into each tutoring session. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility

Full refunds are available for any prepaid sessions cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

If you cancel within 24 hours of the session, a 50% refund may be issued at our discretion.

No refunds will be given for missed sessions without prior notice (“no-shows”).
2. Ongoing Packages or Monthly Plans

If you’ve purchased a package or monthly plan and need to discontinue services, unused sessions may be refunded, provided we receive written notice at least 48 hours before your next scheduled session.

Refunds for partially used packages will be prorated based on the number of sessions completed.
3. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Your Email]. Please include your name, student’s name, date of the session(s), and reason for the request.
4. Method of Refund
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

After a session has started or been completed

For dissatisfaction with results after a session (however, we welcome your feedback and will do our best to adjust our approach)

For unused sessions beyond 30 days of purchase unless part of an active prepaid package
6. Rescheduling Instead of Refunds
We encourage rescheduling whenever possible. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
