By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
We offer private tutoring services for children in early childhood and elementary grades. Services may be provided in-person or online, depending on your selection and availability.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment is due prior to the start of each session unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted payment methods include [list your methods—e.g., credit/debit card, Zelle, Venmo, etc.].

  • All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for completed sessions.

  • Refunds for unused prepaid sessions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for each session.

  • A respectful, positive, and safe environment is expected at all times.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue services if a student or parent/guardian exhibits inappropriate behavior.

6. Privacy

  • All personal information provided by families is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.

  • We do not share or sell your data to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. By using our services, you acknowledge that progress depends on multiple factors including the student's effort, consistency, and environment.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
